  • All bookings are confirmed based on availability

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details

 Pricing & Payments

 

  • Pricing depends on distance, time, and vehicle type

  • Final fare will be confirmed at the time of booking

  • GST billing is available for corporate clients

  • Payments can be made via cash, online, or bank transfer

 Cancellation Policy

 

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

  • Late cancellations may incur charges

  • No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows

 Refund Policy

 

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund method will match original payment method
